FEEDBACK FROM PREVIOUS PROGRAMS

"Negative Attitudes: Change Them and Watch Morale and Productivity Soar"

"Content was right on target as slated. Hunter Lott is an exceptional speaker Material was clear & presented with excellent examples. The confernece was re-inforcing, contained some valuable new perspectives...and, concurrently, was highly enjoyable. Please let me know of future opportunities, especially with this speaker. Our CEO participated and concurs with my comments."

--Maxine Perdue, Carolina Behavioral Health Alliance

"The concepts and ideas presented were relevant, easy to understand and, if implemented, seemed like they would be successful. The examples given were helpful to understand the concepts presented."

--Gayle O'Connor, Measured Progress

"This conference reinforced and kept the focus on behaviors - expectations, and accountability to meet those. It did a good job of identifying those areas that could be thrown up as barriers to addressing behaviors, the discrimination areas everyone hears about for instance, and how to keep the concern areas focused on expected behaviors and not the person."

-- Larry Kauffman, Crown Audio

"The class was like a compass to help point managers in the right direction, as we sometimes get off course. Everyone seemed to get something out of the presentation. It was a boost for the managers involved."

-- Julie Olson, Golden Care USA

"Yes, You Can Fire Without Fear! What Every Supervisor Needs to Know"

"Hunter covered all the points with knowledgeable expertise and humor. In his presentation, he answered all my questions without me having to ask them."

-- Cindy Pielat, Deluxe Media Services

"I was apprehensive that participants would be bored because this was an audio rather than a video conference. However, our employees loved this presentation. Not only was it informative but the presenter was able to hold our attention easily for the hour."

-- Mary K. Comer, Pharma

"Presented relevant ideas in an easy to digest format. I'm our HR person, so I loved the part about document, document, document! I've been saying that for years and our supervisors heard someone say it besides me!!"

--Linda Picotte, Southwest Printers

"Excellent means to train newly appointed supervisors and be a refresher for more 'seasoned' personnel."

-- Debby Graham, BF&M
