Cancellation Policy
- By April 1, 2008: A 100% refund will be issued if request is made in writing (mail, fax or email).
A 100% refund will be issued upon receiving WRITTEN confirmation (fax or email)
- After April 1, 2008: A Business 21 credit will be issued for any cancellations. This credit is valid toward the purchase of any publications, training products, audio/web conferences or upcoming live conference events.
