IMPORTANT NOTICE: Credits must be purchased as a separate transaction BEFORE you purchase regular B21 products. Think of it as needing to put money in the bank before you can withdraw cash. If you decide to purchase credits while you're in the checkout process buying a regular B21 product, you need to delete that product, buy your credits, then go back and add the product to your shopping cart again.

Why should I buy Credits?

It is a great way to stretch your training budget. Instead of buying individual resources and programs throughout the year, you add credits to your account and draw from it as needed. This will give you an automatic discounted rate of up to 35%.

How can I track my credits?

Credits are added to your account when you purchase them. You can see how many remain at any time by logging in and clicking on “My Account.” When you purchase a product using your credits, they’re deducted from your account automatically (unless you indicate that you'd prefer to pay by credit card).

What if I don’t have enough credits to buy the product I want?

No problem. If the number of credits remaining in your account is insufficient to make a purchase, you can buy exactly the number of additional credits you need by entering the number into the “Quantity” box above.
