Jennifer has extensive experience consulting to middle market clients in a wide range of industries, including technology, real estate, government, construction services, agriculture, publishing, manufacturing, education, distribution, energy, advertising, banking, professional services, travel, graphic arts and not-for-profit. Jennifer received her law degree from DePaul University College of Law and her undergraduate degree from Newcomb College of Tulane University. Jennifer was admitted to both the Illinois and Federal bars in 1994 and received SPHR certification in 2001. James W. Pajauskas: is a Senior Benefits Consultant responsible for the coordination, management and performance of all aspects of his clients’ benefit programs. Jim has been with CBIZ Benefits and Insurance Services Inc., the nation’s 2nd largest Benefit Specialist, since its establishment in 1997. Jim provides significant expertise in the areas of plan review, design and evaluation; industry trends; contractual negotiations; and financial analysis. Jim works with employers on a local, national, and international basis to identify and implement new benefit strategies to achieve their company mission. Jim has a B.A. in Business from Eastern Illinois University and is a licensed Long Term Care consultant.
