Tom has worked extensively on health care reform issues for various clients. Additionally, Tom has been a member of the American Academy of Actuaries’ Health Practice Council since 1997, and chair of the Academy’s Medicare Steering Committee since 1999. He also chaired the Academy’s Task Force on Genetic Testing Issues from 2000-2004, and is currently a member of the Academy’s Board of Directors.
