3. May I reprint portions of the newsletter for internal use?

Copyright law permits what's called "fair use" reproduction of copyrighted materials. From our perspective, that would include quoting passages from our newsletters and even very limited copying of individual articles for internal use only. Photocopying the entire newsletter for distribution either internally or externally is a violation of copyright law. If you wish to purchase reprints, call 888-761-7294.

1. Why did I receive an invoice from you?

You received an invoice because all Business 21 orders require that prospective customer agree to receive an invoice after receiving two free trial issues. The sales rep you spoke to on the phone is obligated to inform you that you will receive an invoice and that if you decide not to subscribe, you merely have to write "cancel" on the invoice and send it back to us. Or you can cancel by phone. In either case there is no obligation.

You can cancel in three ways:
1. Mail in your invoice with the word "Cancel" written on it.
2. Fax your invoice with the words "Cancel" written on it. Fax number: 610-543-2292.

Usually, it's simply because we'd already mailed the newsletter and/or invoice before you contacted us to cancel. If you receive more than one invoice after you cancelled, call 888-761-7294 and we'll see to it that your account is cancelled.
